byens bibliotek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da dette i 1965 blev kommunalt, og fra 1970 hele \u00f8ens bibliotek, fortsatte biblioteksforeningen som en almen, kulturel forening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foreningen arrangerer m\u00f8der og seminarer om og med tidens forfattere. Men ogs\u00e5 om klassikere og andre litter\u00e6re eller sproglige emner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aksel Sandemoses forfatterskab har indtaget en s\u00e6rlig plads i Mors\u00f8 Biblioteksforenings aktiviteter. \u2013 Foreningen har v\u00e6ret arrang\u00f8r\/medarrang\u00f8r af 16 seminarer om Sandemoses b\u00f8ger \u2013 ofte koblet sammen med andre forfatterskaber. Den har desuden k\u00f8bt originalmanuskriptet til \u201dVarulven\u201d. Det er nu deponeret i Mors\u00f8 Folkebiblioteks store Sandemose-samling.
